The Arlington by Best Barns provides plenty of room for your storage needs. With it's second floor loft and 4'-6" headroom there's enough space for a sleeping area if you are looking for a cabin or a significant amount of more storage area.
High side walls give you lots of headroom so you can add shelving or use the space for living area.

| Once you receive your new building begin by unpacking the pre-cut framing, doors and hardware. You will also receive a detailed manual with step by step instructions. Each step is explained with clear instructions and detailed line art and has been developed with the novice builder in mind. |
| Following the manual you will be directed to cut the siding material for application to the wall frames. This step is made extraordinarily easy because the pre-cut walls are used as a template, once assembled, prior to cutting. Simply trace the outline of the wall and cut. |  |
 | Trusses come partially assembled with pre-cut gussets to ensure proper alignment during the assembly proccess. Roof trusses are designed to meet heavy snow loads of 40 lbs. psf and 130 mph wind loads. |
 | Once wall and gable assembly is complete you are ready to begin assembly and placement of trusses. Because the truss framing and gussets come pre-cut for fast and accurate field assembly. Apply sheathing and shingles. Get a friend to help and you'll be done in no time! Steel huricane hangers are included to provide additional strength and ease of installation. |
 | Install the pre-cut trim to complete your barn raising. We've done the hard work for you so you will be assured of a professional finish. |
| Primed 3/8" wood siding, with vertical grooves, creates an attractive plank look. Smart Panel, manufactured by Lousiana-Pacific, creates the visual beauty of real wood with the strength and durability of an engineered product. The siding is made from wood strands, pressed into a resin saturated substrate, superior to plywood. A cedar texture is embossed into the substrate, free from knot holes and patches. Other features include: - Primed, ready for paint color of your choice. Latex acrylic paint recommended.
- Treated with Composibor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage.
- Backed with a 50 year limited warranty.
 Roof shingles are not included and purchased locally by owner.

The Arlington's unique truss design provides a 2nd floor loft for additional storage space. A 4' opening is provided to allow access to on either end of the Arlington's second floor.

Choose an optional wood floor for your new shed kit. Easy to construct and designed specifically for your building.
Our Wood Floor provides a dry storage area, easy to construct and raises the building above the ground to prevent damage from water and ground moisture. Four(4) 4x4 treated runners provide support for the floor joists and flooring. Floor joists are treated 2x4s spaced 16" on center. The standard floor package includes 5/8" OSB (oriented strand board) flooring. The deluxe floor includes 3/4" plywood flooring.
Nails are included. Material is not pre-cut. Floor sheathing is not treated. The floor package will be delivered, prior to your shed, by a local lumber supplier. They will call to make delivery arrangements. Someone will need to receive/sign for delivery.
Optional Pre-cut Treated Wood Ramp
Choose an optional pre-cut treated wood ramp system to match your building. This option is designed so that when you purchase our Wood Floor you can correctly match the height of you new sheds floor.
The Arlington comes standard with a set of wood pocket doors with crossbuck design located on the 12' wall. Pocket doors retract out of the way for EZ entry. No swinging doors to get in the way of the entryway. The pocket door design provides smooth opening and keeps the weather out when closed and out of sight when open.
Optionally you may choose to upgrade to 15 lite French doors or no doors at all on the 12' side.
Primed wood siding installed over a 2x4 frame for extra strength. Unfinished white pine trim is installed over siding. Doors are shipped ready to install on a heavy duty aluminum track. Galvanized door sill and lockable door latch are included.
Door opening is 5'-5" x 6'-6"
Optional 15-Lite French Door Upgrade
15 lite French Doors. Door opening is 6’-0” × 6’-9”. Doors are 15 lite steel entry doors, pre-hung in a wood jamb with brickmold trim. Included are weather-stripping, aluminum threshold and lockset. Doors are in-swing type.
